How to make chocolate ice cream rolls

1. Tools used

  • Egg beater
  • Europe mix flour
  • Hand-held flat spatula
  • Flour Sift
  • Measuring spoon set
  • Baking tray (suggestion: size 25 x 35 cm)

2. Preparation materials:

  • 4 eggs
  • 70g sugar
  • 65g cake flour or all-purpose flour
  • 55g cooking oil
  • 55g fresh milk without sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 little vanilla.
  • 75g chocolate
  • 200 gr whipping cream

3. How to do it

Step 1: Separate egg yolks and egg whites into 2 separate flour mixing bowls. In the bowl of egg yolks, add fresh milk, cooking oil and vanilla, mix well. Next, sift in the flour and mix again.

Step 2: Add salt and lemon juice to the egg whites and beat on medium. Divide the sugar into 2 parts, put in the egg whites one by one and beat until the peak is medium hard, do not beat too hard.

Step 3: Add 1/3 of the beaten whites into the yolk mixture and mix well. Then pour the yolk mixture back in and mix well.

Step 4: Put 2 mcf of cocoa powder with 1 mcf of boiling water into the cup and stir well.

Step 5: If you like to decorate the outside of the cake rolls, then you put the cocoa in another cup, next, put about 1/2 cup of rice flour mixture and mix well to paint.

Step 6: Pour the cake batter into the tray and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
