1. Prepare ingredients for pineapple cake

  • Pineapple pineapple: 800g
  • White sugar: 130g
  • Unsalted Butter: 175g
  • Condensed milk: 50g
  • Egg yolk: 2 eggs
  • Wheat flour: 255g
  • Unsweetened fresh milk: 1 tablespoon

2. Making the cake filling

Step 1: Pineapple washed with dilute salt water, remove the core. Then cut the pineapple into small pieces and put it in a blender. Note that you should not grind too finely because when eating, you can still feel the sour and sour taste of pineapple.

3. Pineapple pie crust

Step 2: Ray 225gr of flour and divide evenly into 3 equal parts, then mix each part with the mixture of unsalted butter, milk and eggs evenly. Be careful not to mix the dough for too long to avoid the dough being called and the crust hardening.

Step 3: Use cling film to wrap the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Then put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to harden the dough, then take it out and make it into 10g balls.

4. Complete how to make pineapple cake

Step 1: Leave unsalted butter at room temperature and mix well with condensed milk. Add the egg yolks and continue to beat. Divide the flour into 3 parts and mix with the unsalted butter, milk, and egg yolk mixture.

Step 2: Roll out the dough and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour. Take out the dough and divide it into 10g balls. Wrap the pineapple filling in the dough and make a rectangle.

Step 3: Use a knife to cut diagonally across the cake and spread the yolk mixture on the surface of the cake. Bake at 165 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
